What's in it?
INGREDIENTS: 70% Dark chocolate (Chocolate Liquor, Non-GMO Cane Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Soy Lecithin, Vanilla), Black Beans, “imperfect” fruit
Contains Soy. Produced in a facility that also processes: Milk, Wheat, Peanuts and/ or Tree Nuts.

Good for the environment:
We integrate imperfect fruits, Beans instead of nuts in our chocolate (beans are lower in fat, they cannot go rancid (meaning longer shelf-life) contain more fibre and iron than nuts, grown locally in Canada, and takes much less water to grow than nuts do.)

These are good quality carrots that are rejected at the distribution food chain because they do meet the high cosmetic or aesthetic standards consumers have for produce. For example, they may not be perfectly smooth, but they are still great quality, and have the same nutritional content. In fact, more than 58% of produce grown in Canada is wasted, with more than 40% of that occurring due to imperfections being discarded. I loved the flavor of this stuff. It isn't overly sweet because it is made with 70 per cent dark chocolate. The slight hint of cranberries is what gives it a nice taste. And knowing that these are more healthier for you is a bonus. Great little snack to have when you are craving both chocolate and a health food. Love the resealable bags too.

I needed to grab healthy, macro friendly, snack while I was out one day, and these were perfect! I was a bit hesitant about the beans, but they tasted so good with the chocolate and apples that I ate the whole bag over the course of the day! 😄 🤷♀️
