The safety of our employees, consumers, their families and the continuity of our supply are our top priorities.
We are following both the federal and provincial government's regulations and recommendations to minimize the risk of infection and ensure the well-being of our employees and our community.
The measures that have been implemented, in addition to those already present, are the following:
Increased sanitation and hand washing protocols, as well as increased frequency of the disinfection of primary installations and equipment between each work shift. All delivery/receiving areas, entrances, worktables, door knobs, handles and equipment must be cleaned and sanitized.
All employees in the facility are required to wear PPEs (face mask and gloves) before entering and practise social distancing within their operations.
Any employee, or a member of their direct family member with symptoms of coronavirus or who has traveled since March 12, 2020 will self-isolate / quarantine for at least 14 days.Employees must report any illness signs and symptoms to the production manager immediately.
COVID-19 outbreaks in retailers are closely monitored so that we can pause store audits or visits at these locations until further notice
All employees are aware of these new measures and are kept informed of the latest developments on a daily basis.
Will some products be out of stock during the COVID-19 pandemic ?
We have never short-shipped or backordered our products. We currently foresee no risk to the continuity of supply both online and in store as our team works hard to meet our demand!
To prevent inventory delays, we are constantly updating and improving our systems, with our team staying agile to solve any problems that may present themselves. We pride ourselves in remaining transparent to our consumers, and will update changes accordingly. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we have experienced inventory delays with our white navy beans, and have since replaced them with black navy beans in our proprietary bean blend. This change caused no delay in our production cycle.

How often are your orders fulfilled?
We fulfill orders on a daily basis from Monday to Thursday. All orders processed on Friday will be fulfilled on the following Monday after the weekend.
I made a mistake in the shipping address. What can I do?

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all of Canada and the select States in the United States. Unfortunately, we do not yet ship to warmer States, namely CA, AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, HI, LA, MS, NM, OK, SC, or TX, to prevent our chocolate melting in the delivery process. Our snacks are heat sensitive but we are working very hard to find a solution so that soon everyone will be able to try our Bean Bark!
We do not ship internationally at the moment.
It has been more than 10 days and I still have not received my package?
The best way to track your packages is via the shipping number provided in the confirmation email. Please take note that with the current COVID-19 pandemic as well as the holiday season, there may be unforeseeable shipping delays with our shipping couriers. We truly appreciate your patience! Are they nut-free?
Our chocolate bark does not contain nuts, however, is produced in a facility that also produces milk, wheat, peanuts and/or tree nuts. Please know that Remix Snacks is not yet a certified nut-free or peanut-free company and therefore we cannot guarantee at 100% no trace of it.
Are they Kosher?
All ingredients used in our chocolate barks are certified Kosher, however our final products have not been officially certified as a Kosher food item.
Are they vegan?
Our chocolate barks contain no milk or animal by-products and are therefore suitable for vegans. However, please know that Remix Snacks is not a certified dairy-free company and therefore we cannot guarantee at 100% no trace of it.
What is making my chocolate crunchy or crispy?
This unique crunchy texture of our bark is made by our ground beans. Our beans are carefully washed, soaked, cooked, dehydrated, ground and integrated into the recipe of our product. The beans don’t change the taste or flavour of our chocolate, but they make a great crunchy snack and increase the nutrition profile of your chocolate!
How long can I keep Bean Bark once they are opened?
The shelf life of our product once opened is 1 year, please refer to the expiry date printed on the top of the bag for the most accurate date of expiry of your bag(s).
How should I store them?
For optimal conservation of the product, keep the product in a cool (around 21C) and dry place, well closed and protected from light.
Where can I dispose of your bag?
All our product soft pouches fall into category 7 of plastics. They can be recycled in only some cities (ex. Montreal) but please check your cities policies for recyclable materials to determine whether you can recycle number 7 plastics. We are working on a more promising solution where our pouches can be recycled more accessibly nation-wide.
Why are the pieces of different sizes and some pieces smaller than others?
All our bark is hand-made, cracked by hand and packaged with love and care. This artisanal, simple manufacturing method is also why our bark can vary in thicknesses too.
Where do you source your chocolate?
Our chocolate is sourced from premium, artisinal craft chocolate sourced from CFX Chocolate Factory in St. Davids, ON.

Our products are currently manufactured by CFX Chocolate Factory, in St. Davids, ON.
