FAQ

Shipping

Where do you currently ship to?

We currently ship to all of Canada and the select States in the USA.

Unfortunately, we do not yet ship to warmer States, namely CA, AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, HI, LA, MS, NM, OK, SC, or TX, to prevent our chocolate melting in the delivery process. Our snacks are heat sensitive but we are working very hard to find a solution so that soon everyone will be able to try our Bean Bark!

We do not ship internationally at the moment, but if you have a special inquiry, email us at info@remixsnacks.ca and we will see what we can do!

What are my shipping options?

We currently offer standard shipping through Canpar and Canada Post (for rural areas and PO boxes)

When will my order arrive?

After placing your order, it takes 1-3 business days to process order, and another 1-7 days for the carrier to ship your snacks. The holiday seasons and COVID-19 pandemic might cause possible delays. You should receive your tracking number as soon as the order processes. It typically takes 24 hours for the tracking number to update with the estimated arrival date.

I made a mistake in my shipping address, what do I do?

No worries at all! Please email us immediately with your order number, name and the correct shipping address at info@remixsnacks.ca

When will my order be fulfilled?

Fulfillment of orders usually takes 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday are fulfilled the following Monday or Tuesday. If you have a rush order, please email us at info@remixsnacks.ca and we will do our best to accommodate you.

My order never got to me, what do I do?

Oh no! Hopefully this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together!

If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours!

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier. If there is no conclusion after two weeks, please let us know and we will look into replacing or crediting you for your order.

If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way!
