It’s easy, healthy, and made without palm oil!
This recipe uses Bean Bark as its main component so you will receive all of the nutritional benefits of our high-protein vegan dark chocolates, but with a fun twist so it tastes like a delicious hazelnut spread!
Here’s what you’ll need to make homemade nutella:
½ cup of Hazelnuts
1 bag of Bean Bark (any flavor works!)
Step 1: Roast the hazelnuts at 425F for 5 minutes until golden brown
Step 2: Blend the hazelnuts in a high speed blender until oil is released
Step 3: Add in the Bean Bark and blend until smooth and creamy
Enjoy! We recommend eating it over some toasted bread with a banana for breakfast!
But if you don’t finish it all the same day then store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks. This hazelnut spread will be slightly hard after refrigeration but 10 seconds in the microwave will return it to its smooth consistency:)
