After placing your order, it takes 1-3 business days to process order, and another 1-7 days for the carrier to ship your snacks. The holiday seasons and COVID-19 pandemic might cause possible delays. You should receive your tracking number as soon as the order processes. It typically takes 24 hours for the tracking number to update with the estimated arrival date.

When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way! 

Bean Bark contains soy in the form of soy lecithin. Other than that, there are no nuts, dairy, preservatives, gluten or other allergens present in our snacks. Some products do have "May contain" warnings as our manufacturers process other products that do contain these allergens. There are proper cleaning procedures in place between production runs, however there is a (low) risk of cross contamination, and we advise customers with allergies to consume at their own risk. 

All our products have a shelf life of 1 year. Be sure to check your packaging for the Best before date. The product is still edible after this date, but we cannot guarantee the quality of it.

The base is made with mung beans, which makes the puff more dense and more crunchy than a regular Cheeto puff.

Another word for upcycled is imperfect. These are fruits and veggies are deemed 'aesthetically unpleasing' and are often thrown into landfills. However, they're still nutritious, so we use them in our snacks to reduce food waste.
