20 Quick 2 minute Snack Ideas

Struggling to find snack ideas? Don't have enough time to prepare your snacks? Have a limited amount of ingredients left in your pantry? WE'RE HERE TO HELP! Here are 20 snack ideas using the same 12 ingredients and pantry staples, and approved by dietitians😊


  1. Bean Bark 
  2. Beanies 
  3. Quick oats 
  4. Pumpkin seeds
  5. Canned chickpeas (or cooked yourself) 
  6. Pretzels
  7. Greek plain yogurt
  8. Veggies (baby carrots + cucumber) 
  9. Apples
  10. Cheese
  11. Maple syrup
  12. Seed butter
  13. Bananas


  1. Frozen yogurt bark: dip pieces of Bean Bark in yogurt, freeze for 20mins. 
  2. Yogurt dip + Beanies 
  3. Yogurt parfait: mix yogurt with granola, maple syrup, pieces of Bean Bark 
  4. Apple + yogurt
  5. Trail mix: mix pieces of Bean Bark, pumpkin seeds, roasted chickpeas
  6. Salty snack mix: mix Beanies, pretzels, roasted chickpeas
  7. Beanies nachos: melt grated cheese over Beanies in the oven (350F for 5mins) or in the microwave (1min)
  8. Veggies + cheese
  9. Pretzels + cheese 
  10. Chickpeas + veggie salad 
  11. Oatmeal: mix quick oats + hot water, let sit for 1 min. Top with seed butter, pumpkin seeds, maple syrup, Bean Bark.
  12. Banana oatmeal cookies
  13. Granola bars 
  14. Energy balls 
  15. Pretzels + hummus
  16. Veggies + hummus
  17. Pretzels + chocolate hummus
  18. Apples + chocolate hummus 
  19. Apple sandwich + Bean Bark: layer slices of apple with pieces of Bean Bark
  20. Roasted chickpeas + pretzels
